The documentation is actually incorrect here. If a DESCRIPTION file contains multiple Depends fields, previous fields are discarded, not appended. Please do not make this change in generate_html. I would rather fix the manual and make the pkg command a little stricter and issue some warnings to help the developer avoid making this mistake. I'll open a new bug about that.

But the multiple Depends lines doesn't seem to work with generate_html.  It seems to just takes the last one.

Similarly for SystemRequirements and BuildRequires.

Maybe not a big deal as pkgs seem to use comma separated.
