Ok. Since you are trying to make it difficult for anyone that is trying to help you and don't answer the questions you are being asked, I'm guessing that you see that error while trying to build C++ sources that use functions from Octave's API.
Also, good to know that this is about `signal_handler` (not `signal_handlers` like you initially wrote).

That function was removed in Octave 4.4.

Since you still didn't show steps to reproduce, it is hard to guess what you are trying to do by calling that function.
So, just a wild guess: Does calling `octave::respond_to_pending_signals` do what you intended?

Octave 4.2.0 to 9.2.0.

error: 'signal_handler' is not a member of 'octave'

And what was your old release of Octave?  Was this an upgrade from 9.1.0 to 9.2.0, or across a major revision such as 6.4 to 9.2?

I don't know what you could mean by "signal_handlers function".
Which exact error do you see? What are the steps to reproduce that error?

Old code linked against Octave libraries is no longer working against new Octave. What happened to signal_handlers function? Is there a guide to migrate to new Octave?
