Since you are trying to make it difficult for anyone that is trying to help you and don't answer the questions you are being asked, I'm guessing that you see that error while trying to build C++ sources that use functions from Octave's API. Also, good to know that this is about `signal_handler` (not `signal_handlers` like you initially wrote). That function was removed in Octave 4.4. Since you still didn't show steps to reproduce, it is hard to guess what you are trying to do by calling that function. So, just a wild guess: Does calling `octave::respond_to_pending_signals` do what you intended?	Markus Mützel <mmuetzel>
