This has been fixed by making the hurd console use the same buffer as
mach, and place ascii glyphs at the ascii positions.

When the console is started, if Mach prints messages the cursor gets moved but nothing appears. That's because the console uses the a000-b000 portion of video ram. Also, because the console supports unicode, the letters that Mach prints would actually show up as randomly chosen glyphs.
