The other callers of proc_getprocinfo() are:

All of these callers have `flags' instantiated.  I don't know what it should be instantiated to.  maybe PI_FETCH_TASKINFO.

`flags' should probably be initialized; see hurd/process.defs and
proc/info.c.  Check with other users of `proc_getprocinfo'.
