You mean file #5141? No.  I don't recall what kind of hardware I used to reproduce it, but any two devices that are detected by GNU Mach, that use the same hardware, should cause a panic.

Was patch #4398 applied? What kind of hardware was sharing the irq?

Right now GNU Mach more or less dies silently when you have a bunch of devices that share a single IRQ.  GNU Mach should be fixed to handle this, and not produce any kind of error what so ever.
