Thanks for the report! From the diff it looks like there's a missing dependency in the makefiles.

While working on reproducible builds for openSUSE, I found that
our pspp 2.0.0 package varied between builds on 1-core and 4-core VMs. There could be a race condition in the creation of info files.

Here is an example diff:

"makeinfo" "-I" "doc" "-I" "./doc" "-o" "doc/pspp.info" "doc/pspp.texi"
