I needed to reboot my home machine to a different OS.
This was the first time I had to do this remotely.
Grub was set up by Ubuntu for me, so I know little about it. I searched online for how to do this and found the grub-reboot command.
I could not get it to work as I could not work out what the MENU_ENTRY parameter should be.
I read grub-reboot --help, man grub-reboot and searched online but I couldn't find a reliable way of listing the entries.
Instead I found various cobbled-together shell scripts, but these listed the OS I had to boot into with a different index.
There's also a documentation shortcoming here in man grub-reboot and --help where there's no mention if MENU_ENTRY is 0-indexed or 1-indexed.
