You mean the one you have pending, with the font subsetting and stuff?

The new gropdf bumps perl requirement to 5.8 so I'm Ok with 5.9.

Probably by the time groff 1.24 releases, Solaris 10 will be dead.

So we could undo this:

2018-12-08  Deri James  <deri@chuzzlewit.myzen.co.uk>

        Problem running gropdf on big endian (Sparc)

        * src/devices/gropdf/gropdf.pl: Prior to perl v5.9 the 'L<'
        template for 'unpack' was unavailable. Solaris 10 uses v5.8.4
        so safer to use the template 'V' rather than 'L<'.

We could then officially bump the minimum required Perl version up to 5.9.  Currently we say we can manage with 5.6.1 (INSTALL.extra).
