Hello. This diff adds OpenBSD support to GNU acct.
It teaches configure.ac about the OpenBSD default file locations.
It also deals with the fact that OpenBSD does not have ac_exitcode in its struct acct. This is genericized to account for any potential other systems that also lack ac_exitcode.

Sorry for the second bug #; I was not logged in the first time and I can't seem to interact with the first bug #.
