There should also be anchor points on U+0555 ARMENIAN CAPITAL LETTER OH and U+0548 ARMENIAN CAPITAL LETTER VO, to support this diacritic in all caps text.

In all the fonts, the Armenian letters listed in https://www.unicode.org/L2/L2017/17315-armenian-diaeresis.pdf do not have anchor points for U+0308 COMBINING DIAERESIS.
