Yes, I think disabling it makes sense. It was discussed in the past that info should contain only user-facing commands anyway.

I think it would be better if the grub-macbless manpage didn't have the standard "see the Texinfo manual" clause.

I see help2man has a "--no-info" option.

If you would accept it (from someone without a copyright assignment), I would be happy to create a patch for this when I have a little time.
