Found in: Debian's 2.00-22 version but it seems it's also found in Git.

What:

if insmod unknown ; then
echo "unknown exists"
else
echo "Unknown does not exist"
fi

What happens:

"unknown exists" is echoed.

What should happen instead:

"Unknown does not exist" is echoed.
