Should be fixed now in latest bzr. If problem persists feel free to reopen.

Yes, the cd is hybrid filesystem(iso+udf).
But when grub2 detect fs in iso9660, it may read sector error. I remove the iso9660 module when make uefi boot firmware。
So grub2 will only recognize the cd in UDF, and booting linux no problem.

The total image is about 50MB, the file at the error sector is about 32MB.

Pure UDF are very uncommon. Most likely you have a hybrid (ISO+UDF) and reading from UDF is legit. How big is the image in question?

grub detect the cd's fs is ISO9660, actually the file system is UDF.

I would like to boot cd in UEFI mode. I compiled grub-2.00 UEFI boot loader with parameters "--with-platform=efi --target=x86_64".
It worked fine when booting linux from usb(FAT32) in UEFI mode.
But after i make an UEFI boot cd(Please reference http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Pjones/BootableCDsForBIOSAndUEFI) and boot it, i get "Error failure reading sector 0x2410 from cd0". i use 'genisoimage' tool to make efi boot iso image.

When boot from cd in UEFI mode, gurb2 started successfully, but can't read linux kernel in cd. But it load kernel and initrd successfully on disk drivers.
