Implemented most of range in serif -- all but the black ones, which can't be done using references.

Hi Pander,

Sure we can do this.

However, I want to get a release out, and while there is no end to the possible additions, my time is limited.

Do you have a specific need for these characters?  They were not implemented because I coudn't imagine a real use for them, while there are lots of other ranges (e.g. natural languaes) for which there are immediate daily uses.

Otherwise, let's put it off for another day. 

Note: I would not implement these as outlines, but as references, for multiple reasons.

Please add missing encircled letters and numbers. At the moment the circled digit one to circled digit nine and circled number ten are available in FreeSerif, FreeSans and FreeMono.

Missing for these three fonts are:
  (0) circled digit zero

  (11) circled number eleven
  ...
  (50) circled number fifty

  (a) circled latin small letter a
  ...
  (z) circled latin small letter z

  (A) circled latin capital letter a
  ...
  (Z) circled latin capital letter z
