The posted screenshot shows a perfectly completed build of GRUB2. So this report contains no bug description other than the well known crapware problem which is both not GRUB's fault and compensated by GRUB. So marking the report as invalid.

I checked out, I installed all the requirements programs, but I can't built it. I also downloaded the grub-1.99 rc2 from the download section and I also can't. Can I find elsewhere any help?

I tried upgrade-from-grub-legacy, update-grub & update-grub2 and I have the same problem. Have I to do something else?

I have dualboot with Linux Debian 6 and Windows 7. Windows was installed before Linux. When I installed Linux I installed grub2. The first time I used it it was ok, but when I log in Windows and I restart/shutdown, then grub doesn't run again and the pc reboots forever. I have to reinstall grub with debian rescue mode (in the cd).
My hardware is Core i7 920, Intel X58, Adata DDR3 RAM 6GB@1333Mhz, Ati HD4730, Corsair SSD P64(<- with windows), SAMSUNG 1TB, WD Green 2TB, WD Black SATA3 500GB (<- With the linux).

I already found the same problem there https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/412969
