Trouble comes from the fact that the break code is missed when GRUB is occupied redrawing the screen with gfxterm. We need to have an IRQ handler, make gfxterm faster or have some periodic checkout.

When ctrl key is pressed sometimes (~1/3) keyboard gets stuck.
If ctrl is pressed once more, keyboard gets unstucked.

Issue noticed on 1.99-rc1 from debian experimental and not noticed on version 1.98+20100804 from debian unstable.
