On OpenBSD, gmake has to be used to install gnustep make.

In the all: target of the GNUmakefile it is hardcoded to type 'make install' as the next step.
This would end up in error messages, at least on OpenBSD.

Well, the user already had to use gmake, to get the wrong hint on what to do as the next step. However, it would be nice, if it would be always right.

Appended patch fixes the issue ;)

tested on openbsd with gmake, and on opensuse with make.
