To get the SSGET tool to work, we need to implement the "websave" function as well.  http://faculty.cse.tamu.edu/davis/matrices.html

Attached the files that apply in the given order cleanly to dev (hg id 758063af3d0c).

I think gsoc-2018-RESTful-part.patch should be merged soon to mature until the release, as it is a new feature.

Sorry Sahil to have not had the time recently to make progress with the merge.

The RESTful web services were implemented as part of GSoC 2018 by Sahil Yadav.  For details, see

To make this happen, I plan to split the work by Sahil into two patches (following soon):

- gsoc-2018-RESTful-part.patch (Just contains the three mentioned RESTful web services + necessary C++ code).

- gsoc-2018-wiki-part.patch (Contains the upload to wiki part).

This is because I think the wiki feature is better suited for an Octave forge project, as it is no direct Matlab feature and might not be useful, until Octave has a solid infrastructure for dealing with the Octave-wiki.
