This patch adds support for an @fn kernel argument for kernel_density.

Sometimes, it is useful to have a cdf instead of a pdf:
kernel_density(pts, x, bw, @kernel_cdf);

function z = kernel_cdf(z)
z = normcdf(-z);
z = prod(z,2);
end
