Adding dependency on bug #50855.

I'm also not sure if we should keep bug reports about missing functions (unless they contain a possible implementation or other useful information).

probably not. was just browsing old bugs and came upon that one for sprintfc. probably didn't have to create this one, but did so more or less for closure over there.  hadn't really looked at compose yet to see if it could be done/would be useful for char arrays in the short term.

I don't think we can properly implement a function like "compose" without a Matlab-compatible string object.

Does it really make sense to add individual feature request bug reports for each string class function?  Or, for each new thing introduced with each new Matlab release?

As mentioned in bug #41504, in 2016b Matlab introduced a 'compose' function that performs similarly to the undocumented function sprintfc, that takes formatted input and outputs a string array or a cell array of strings.
