The Event Viewer shows nothing except a generic error. It's probably just a matter of time before Intel fixes the bug. Core m is still very new and its graphics driver reflects that fact. Unfortunately Intel may be starting to distance themselves from it so any problems will be low priority for them. So for now GNUBG fans should either avoid the new fanless technology or be willing to do frequent saves. As I've mentioned it's not really suitable for long rollouts since the firmware throttles the processor to avoid overheating.
It may be too late for this, but if your machine keeps its logs long enough, some information about the crash may still be available in the event viewer (I don't know exactly where to look, though).
By the way, Core M is being partially rebranded as Intel's i5 and i7 models (not i3 yet). Instead of ending with a "U" the rebranded processors all have a "Y" in the SKU (7Y54, 7Y57, 7Y75). From what I can tell, the 3D board won't work well on these either. It's not a big loss since these low wattage processors aren't meant for heavy duty rollouts. They're mainly good to avoid fan noise.
Last week's graphics driver from Intel for their low-energy Core M processors sill does not properly support the 3D board as it abends after a few hours of use. It seems fine with 2D. I was trying for a laugh with the "Windows 95" reference but only because 'Windows 10" isn't an option.
