Then the ocs and odepkg packages are loaded in octave. But command's help functions are not running, and its appeared error. Example: Error in ocs package function of octave >> help prs_spice error: help: 'prs_spice' not found	soosaimanickam <sms>

This is a consequence of bug #47491 and could be fixed easily after if that one is fixed, so I am reopening the issue and adding a dependency on bug #47491.	Carlo de Falco <cdf>

Fri 04 Mar 2016 01:37:05 AM UTC, comment #1: The warning messages you pasted are just that, warning messages. They usually indicate that there was a failed previous attempt at installing the package. The last line in your report indicates that the package actually was installed correctly. Can you double check that the package is actually not being installed?	Mike Miller <mtmiller>
