It seems like it would be more confusing to have the editor toolbar be separated from the editor window. The editor window itself can be docked and undocked from the Octave window, but the toolbar stays with the editor window.	Mike Miller <mtmiller>
Sun 22 Feb 2015 11:40:47 PM UTC, original submission: Currently the toolbar of the editor pane seems like a beveled panel. Convert the panel into a floatable toolbar like the main toolbar so one can drag it around and attach it to other toolbars.	Lutz Mager <rocketsound>
