This happens also when the Windows XP standard theme is active, see attachment: win_xp_theme-default_button-highlight-incorrect.png

When selecting the WinUX theme on Windows XP while the Windows classic theme is active, the Default-NSButtons is not highlighted the way Default-Buttons are usually highlighted on Windows XP. See attached screenshots: win_classic_theme-default_button-highlight-correct.png vs. win_classic_theme-default_button-highlight-incorrect.png
