Tue 04 Oct 2016 06:31:07 PM UTC, comment #1: Two options (`--rotate' and `--scale') have been added to ImageWarp so the user doesn't have to manually type the matrix each time they want to do simple operations like this.

Add options to read all the warp parameters separately (for example translate by X, then rotate by θ and scale by 4 times) and build matrices and multiply them internally.

Corresponding source code
This task has been done and is pushed to the main repo. The various warpings are now options and users can specify their value and call them any number of times. The final warping matrix will be calculated internally.
