If the SALAKUNU input data format accepts comments I suggesst to put
the licensing information (Copyright notice & GNU GPL header) as a
comment, but if it don't or you think it would be unsuitable is fine
to put the licensing information in the README file.

For the licensing information in README file you can use the format of
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/tree/etc/images/README if
you wish; though, as far as I know any format is ok as long as it
states copyright holder, warranty disclamer, license (GNU General
Public license) and license URL
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html).

Regards and thanks :-).

Dear Mario,

Thank you very much for approving the project and changing the license field to GPL 3+.

"test-network.dat" is a sample data file, which helps the users to have an idea about the format of the input data. If the GPL header is included inside this file, users have to manually take it out when testing the code, but as you have mentioned I can specify the license of the same in the README. I hope that will work.

Thanks and Regards,

Nuwan

I have approved this project.  You will receive an auto-generated
email containing detailed information about the approval but note
EVERY copyrightable file must carry their copyright & licensing
information inside if possible, else (Images for example) in a README
file in the same directory.  Please add the GPL header to
test-network.dat ASAP.

You selected "GNU General Public License v2 or later" in the license
field but files are GPL 3+.  I will change the "license field" so they
match.  Please let me know if this is [in]correct.

Regards and thanks.
