Regarding the info-global email, you had it set to auto-discard everything at https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/admin/info-global/privacy/sender (generic_nonmember_action).  I suspect the message came in from an "unknown" address, as far as mailman was concerned, and it dutifully discarded it.

I set generic_nonmember_action = hold, so if you resend, the msg should show up in the queue.

I assume you set that to discard in order to avoid dealing with spam.  What we do for most lists is use listhelper (http://listhelper.nongnu.org); in fact, help-global and bug-global are already using it, so I assume you wouldn't object to using it for info-global too.  I added it to the moderator field.  Nothing gets automatically approved, if that's a concern.

Hope this helps,
Karl

Hi Shigio,

That's great about the new release.

Two different things there.  Regarding the ftp uploads, you should have gotten an email from the system about the failure.  Please check your spam filters.  Also worth retrying to induce the failure (or achieve success :) again.  It should succeed or fail within 15 minutes.

If it still fails, please email -email is unavailable- (which is the FSF sysadmins -- the system is not related to savannah) with the same details.

I assume your gpg key used for signing the package has not changed since your last upload, presumably 6.2.4 in May.  If it has, you need to give ftp-upload the new key.

I'll reply separately about the announcement.

Best,
Karl

I have uploaded an GNU GLOBAL package to the GNU's ftp site
using ftp-upload.gnu.org in 16/Nov/2012. However, the public
ftp site doesn't have the file.

package: global-6.2.5.tar.gz

Should I upload the file again?

Besides, though I have sent a message to -email is unavailable-
mailing list in the same day, it seems that the mail was not
distributed.  What should I do?

Thank you in advance.
