I've just found the answer on https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HomepageUpload ; web repo must stay under CVS.

Sorry for the noise, you can close this ticket (i cannot do it myself).

Hello,

We are planning to migrate our CVS repository to SVN ; and we'd like to migrate website on SVN also, is that possible, and if so, how can we do that ?

Thanks :)
