This is a bug fix release.
Changes in 2.9.1:
- Native Language Support added on Windows
- fixed support for UTF-8 on Windows
- re-added vim syntax highlighting and updated manual
- updated Polish translation, thanks to Jakub Bogusz
- several fixes to the build system

This release contains several new features, the most important of which is surely full UTF-8 support. Most GNU/Linux distributions now come with terminals set to use UTF-8. This should fix the configuration problems that non-US-ASCII users have been having.

We're pleased to announce GNU Typist 2.9beta1.
This is a test release and should not be used in a production environment. The purpose of this test release is to get a broader range of people to try out the next version of gtypist before it is released properly.
