Two changes needed for Haiku support:
- Since the beta1 release in late 2018 (and actualy for nightly builds during a few years before that), the library paths have changed
- link_all_deplibs is not needed and is creating problems as the transitive dependencies are annoying to handle in our package management system. Haiku runtime loader is able to resolve the dependencies by itself.
