Lots of action under the surface

Item posted by David Weinehall <tao> on Mon 31 May 2004 12:55:55 PM UTC.

A lot of things are happen, though few things emerge here. Basically,
most of the changes taking place currently are done by Barry deFreese,
but since he has not yet received his clearance from the FSF on the
copyright transfer issue, his code is embargoed until this issue has
been resolved. Hence the lack of ChangeLog-updates and the slow rate
of CVS checkins. Meanwhile I've tried to fix a few bugs and checked in
fixes for them, but they have been pretty minor, since all bigger
changes I've done involve Barry's changes in one way or another.

Feel free to test. Now that the rmgroup seg-fault has been fixed,
a lot of the programs seem to work quite well.
