Removing "system for social justice"

The GNU "help wanted" has an entry entitled "System to help Social Justice campaigns". There are already two systems (both available under the GPL) that are popular with social justice groups, so we no longer need to build one. The first is Back-End at http://www.back-end.org/ which is tailored "for the needs of small businesses, not-for-profit organisations, NGOs or advocacy groups." The second is Postnuke at http://www.postnuke.org/ which is a general purpose content management system but is very popular with social justice campaigns.
