Most of the time you will see that your bug already has been reported.

| Language Errors in Savannah Page for Lilypond (posted by Jonathan Levi, Mon Dec 29 04:15:35 2003) |
I recently visited https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=lilypond. There are errors involving incorrect English; and while they don't make the page unreadable, I think they deserve to be corrected:
1. In the section "Getting a Copy of the CVS Repository", subsection "CVS Newbies", the sentence
The basic informations described further on this page are
should be
The basic information described further on this page is
("Information" is a collective noun and is never written in plural form; this is a very common error by writers whose native language is not English.)
In the subsection "Symbolic Links in HTML CVS"
Each line of the file list a real file name
should read
Each line of the file lists a real file name...
Thank you,
Jonathan Levi, M.D. |
| What about the "Get support" reports? (posted by Mark Wielaard, Sat Dec 27 21:37:08 2003) |
I (and others) have put reports at the Savannah Help/Get Support list at http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration
Isn't that an easier place to check bug report status?
One of the reported bugs is that support requests and bug report changes are not send to mailinglists anymore so maybe you haven't seen these reports at all. |

Yes you are right. I wasn't aware of them.
I have tried to answer several requests. |
