We hit an annoying segfault when using the latest version of gcc in combination with Qt and the recent exception handling. The problem disappears when commenting the line '#define USE_EXCEPTIONS' in basic.hpp. In the TeXmacs_Application class in texmacs.cpp, I followed the Qt instructions for setting up exception handling, but something must go wrong with recent versions of Qt. A bug in TeXmacs? A bug in Qt? A bug in gcc? Things do work for the X11 version. |
