This patch implements the "modulelist" command.
This is the way I always intended multiboot boot loaders to operate from the beginning, and it's really what one wants for booting something with hairy module strings like the Hurd.

Please put this in.  I think it would be a real boon to Hurd users to switch to using modulelist as the norm.
