If I use the German bibtex styles with TeXmacs, I run into trouble, because the bibtex output contains LaTeX commands that TeXmacs doesn't know.

Hmm, what about the "lowercasing" of titles? It's done at least for tm-plain, and it's a mistake for german titles if they contain any nouns. Should that go into some sort of plugin or we rather avoid the lowercase conversion?
