Actually, many other help messages have non-homogeneous vocabulary.

| Apply the patches in PATCHDIR to the source tree SRCDIR.

Either fix this to

| usage: tla apply-changeset [options] PATCHDIR SRCDIR

or

| Apply the patches in CHANGSET to the source tree TARGET.
