When using http or https as transport protocol tla(arch) does not query the user for a username or password, but instead requires one to specify it in the URL (eg.
http://user:password@archive.example.org/).

This URL, including the password is then saved in the repository-location file.

I would like arch to query the user for the password (and username) if it is not specified, and not to save it in the =location-file unless instructed to.
