If a user changes id-tagging method from implicit to tagline the id_tagging_shortcut parameter to implicit_id
must not be trusted (should be set 0), otherwise it will hide files which previously were implicitly tagged and now
are missing inventory ids.

Here is how to reproduce the problem:

> tla get lord@emf.net--2004/dists--devo--1.0--patch-3 \

  • from pristine cache: lord@emf.net--2004/dists--devo--1.0--patch-3
  • making pristine copy
  • tree version set lord@emf.net--2004/dists--devo--1.0

> cd tmp-dist
> tla tree-lint
> tla id-tagging-method tagline

method set: tagline

> tla tree-lint
> rm \{arch\}/,,inode-sigs/lord@emf.net--2004%dists--devo--1.0--patch-3

rm: remove write-protected regular file `{arch}/,,inode-sigs/lord@emf.net--2004%dists--devo--1.0--patch-3'? y

> tla tree-lint

These apparent source files lack inventory ids:
