bug #65566: Footnotes in Figure Captions Not Displayed Correctly

Sun 07 Apr 2024 11:48:10 AM UTC, original submission:   The Jolly Writer mentions that footnotes in mark-ups other than plain texts can be added using menu items “Insert → Link → Reference to note” and “Insert → Link → Text for note → Footnote”. However, when we add <note-ref|...> and `<note-footnote|...|...> in the caption of a small/big figure (e.g., inserted via “Insert → Image → Small/Big figure”) as described above, footnotes are not displayed at all.
