If I select "project which has been used" and use "Insert -> Hyphenate as..." menu, then input "pro-ject" to hyphen inside word "project", linebreak can occurs between "pro" and "ject". But if "pro-ject whi-ch has been used" is input into "Hyphenate as:" field of popup dialog, such hyphenation could not take effect, line break is still placed at space.
This hyphenation rule is encoded by a member of ad_hoc_language_rep as hash table, in which there is always one key-value pair. So it seems to be a bug.
