In windows builds (mingw), somewhere around SVN rev. 13970, spacings in math mode have become too small.
How to reproduce :
-Clear $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH/system/cache (or entire $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH).
-Start Texmacs and load a file with some math : everything displays correctly.
-Close TeXmacs, restart it and load the same file again : spacings are reduced (in particular around = signs).
No change directly related to typesetting was made at that time, so it is quite mysterious.
