Turning multiuser off using a config file dos not work either.

When adding "multiuser on" and "acladd user" to "config_file" it wont enable "multiuser" when starting a screen with "screen -c directory/config_file"

I tried adding other screen commands to the config file and those did work

Technical Details:
System: Debian 10
Installed Screen using apt install screen.
