I understand about the self-inclusion bug; I will try to solve it as soon as I have a moment.

But I don't understand the present bug very well. Can you please be a bit more precise about how it happened and maybe indicate a way to reproduce it?

This bug does not occure if one edits or add content in the middle of the chapter, only if one add to the very end of it.
