Currently, flag for generation gengetopt version into the output files is by default `on`, and the flag is called `gen-version`. That is really confusing since that means that in order to disable the version in the output, you need to call it like `gengetopt --gen-version`. That implies that the version should be generated, not otherwise.

Probably fix will involve converting flag options to boolean one. That would mean no toggle, and posibility to do things like `--no-gen-version`, `--gen-version=0`, ...

Will be backwards incompatible change, so let's save it for 2.24.
