Ok, in that case it is not worth the effort.

So this issue can be closed.

It would be difficult because the code that generates testsuite.log is part of Autoconf, not part of PSPP.

You are right, I found them now. Is it possible to include a counter for the successful tests?

The information you list is in testsuite.log.

I would like to have the information below in a file. In addition I would like the number of successful tests so I can extract it and check against the previous value. Otherwise I should compute it by extracting the failed tests from the total number of tests.

You may investigate any problem if you feel able to do so, in which
case the test suite provides a good starting point.  Its output may
be found below `tests/testsuite.dir'.

What exactly do you mean by "counter" ?

I had already a look in it, but I didn't find any counters. And on the screen there are just the total amount of tests and the failed tests. No counter for the succesfull tests.

I think that testsuite.log has what you're asking for.

It would be nice if the regression check would write the counters, especially the counter for succesfull completion of tests, in a logfile.
This way it can be used to detect if the number of succesfull tests are at least the number of the previous regression check run.
