The latest PSPP master version now supports factor analysis/principal components analysis including factor rotations. Varimax, Quartimax and Equamax rotations are available. Currently oblique rotations are not supported.
The factor command also outputs a "scree" plot and loading matrices.

PSPP 0.6.2 is now available at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/pspp/pspp-0.6.2.tar.gz
This is primarily a bug fix release. Notable new features include new translations of the PSPP user interface to Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese.

This is likely to be the last pre-release of GNU PSPP before the 0.6.0 final release. Please report any bugs you find.

A new version of PSPP may be retrieved from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/pspp/pspp-0.4.0.1.tar.gz . This version differes from 0.4.0 only in its license, which has been updated from GPLv2 to GPLv3. Stay tuned for a much improved release 0.6.0 of PSPP in the next few months.
