Sorry, I got confused. The style plays no role. The deprecated attribute is also no problem for all browsers I've tested.

The problem remains, though: the environment variables are not heeded.

The document needs to have the tmweb style in order to get these variables exported. Also, the deprecated attribute "language" is used instead of "type" and this results in MathJAX not being loaded.

At the very least the documentation could be improved...
