If I do not give a "usage" line, then my first "text" line is placed after the help for --help and --version, even though it occurs before all the options. This is counter-intuitive!

However, since my text line occurs directly after "purpose", it would be more logical to put it there.

It seems to me two things are needed:

1. Automatically-generated options text should logically be attached to the first "option" line, so that any "text" lines before that are displayed before the first option. I don't know if there are any other keywords that need similar treatment.

2. It should be possible to indicate an optional keyword without defining it, for the purposes of placing text near it. In this case:

usage
text "Foo"

should generate the default text for usage; the position of "usage" indicates that the following text line should come after the usage.
