Port are able to be renamed now in git. Devices cannot yet be renamed? Is that really needed?

Note that restarting Denemo doesn't change anything. The devices and ports can ONLY be renamed from hacking the denemorc file.

When creating a new device, any attempt to rename the device fails. The only way i can rename a device is to hack the denemorc file manually. This is true for port naming as well.
